PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE TO THE OAKLAND OR SEATTLE STORES. SEE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
You may return any items that are defective or damaged at the time of receipt without penalty of the purchase date. A return label can be provided by submitting a request through the contact form or by emailing email@example.com. We will refund you within 5 business days after processing of your return. We will provide a return label only if the items you received were damaged or defective.
All other returns and exchanges must also be made of receipt of your order. Please request an RMA # before you ship us your return, and write the RMA # clearly on the outside of the box. All items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with any original tags and stickers still attached. If items meet these criteria, a refund will be issued to the credit card on file once the return has been received and processed at our warehouse. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
All return merchandise should be sent to the below address using the original packaging. Please include the original packing slip in the return package. Please indicate your return reason on the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a copy of your order confirmation email.
