You may return any items that are defective or damaged at the time of receipt without penalty within 30 days of the purchase date. A return label can be provided by contacting BeastMode at email@example.com. A full refund with shipping charges will be processed when the inventory is returned. Return labels will only be provided for items that are damaged or defective.
All other returns must also be made within 30 days of receipt. All items must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed. If items meet this criteria, a refund will be issued to the customer after the inventory has been received using the credit card provided on the original order. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
If you would like to do an exchange after your original order has been returned, please contact BeastMode at firstname.lastname@example.org. A new order will be placed using free standard shipping for all Continental US orders only.
All return merchandise should be sent to the below address using the original packaging. The packing slip that was sent in the original order needs to be included in the return package. Please indicate what your return reasons are on the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a copy of your email confirmation that was received when the order was placed. Please send an email with your return tracking information to email@example.com with the subject line: “Returning BeastMode Order# (your order number)” along with details on what items will be returned or you would like a refund for.
